Tell us what you need

We reply within one business day. Written estimate before we build.

We build more than websites - we build clarity, ownership, and tools people actually reach for. Planned with you. Made for you.

Who we are & what we do

Scope before build. Delivery that lasts.

Bridget maps the work. Shaun builds it. From Pretoria, we design and deliver websites, apps, and tools end to end for South African businesses, from a first online presence to fuller systems. The people who agree on the plan are the ones who deliver it, and the ones you still reach after launch.

FAQ

Things people ask before they start

Answers on cost, timing, how we work, and what happens after launch. Still unsure? Browse our services or get in touch.

  • Yes. Most people come to us wanting a website that looks professional, loads well on phones, and clearly says what the business does. We plan it with you first, then build it. A straightforward business website often takes two to three weeks once we begin.

  • Yes. Most people come to us with a problem, not a product name. Tell us what is getting in the way: a weak website, too much manual work, or something your customers cannot do online. We will suggest a sensible place to start.

  • Yes. Matjila & Phiri is based in Pretoria and works with clients across Gauteng and South Africa. We meet in person by appointment or work over video call when that fits better.

  • Yes. Bridget works out the plan with you. Shaun builds it. You deal with both of us and our team from the first conversation through launch, so you always know who is responsible for the work.

  • We start with the problem, not a product list. After we understand what is getting in the way, we suggest a sensible first step. Only then do we talk about time and budget.

  • A straightforward website often takes two to three weeks once we begin. Apps, dashboards, and custom tools take longer because the scope is bigger. We agree on dates before we start and tell you early if something needs more time.

  • A straightforward business website is usually at the smaller end of the range. Apps, dashboards, and integrations cost more because there is more to design and build. After a short conversation we send a written estimate with what is included, the price, and the timeline. Nothing starts until you are happy with that plan.

  • You own the code, hosting setup, and data. We leave notes you can follow, help you go live, and stay reachable if something needs fixing afterwards. You are not locked into us to keep the lights on.

  • Yes. Payments, WhatsApp, CRMs, booking systems, and similar tools. We wire them so information moves once and lands where it should, instead of asking your team to copy it by hand.

  • That is fine. Many projects start with a website and grow later into an app, dashboard, or automation. We build what you need now, and leave room for the next step when you are ready.
